Another good program to use (Which I prefer over Sketchbook) Is called Ibis Paint. Its pretty nice. Also, little advice, get a dollar store stylus, the hassles of fingers are one much too much to bare.
I don't mind drawing with my finger. I kind of prefer it ^^ I have about six different styluses

I have Autodesk Sketchbook. It has a time lapse option so I used that
You basically nailed it xD I was so exhausted when I drew it I just couldn't line it up right xD I mean I cursed a bit but I will not elaborate on that xD

That back leg! I can only imagine the conversation you could have been having with yourself while trying to draw it:
"Alright, let's try this."
"Nope, let's fix that angle."
"One more time."
"It looked so much better in my head..."
(In Darth Vader Voice) "You have failed me for the last time, Computer Program."
"On second thought, let's draw the leg over here! Yeah, why didn't I think of this before?"
At least, that's how I would have been acting.
