So, this is a drawing of Desolate for Mocking! I used multiple real life photos of cats -- along with the reference I used from Mocking's own gallery (of Desolate)! I used PrismaColors, a 4B graphite pencil, different variations of charcoal, and grey toned paper! :) I had a lot of fun making it and I hope it's up to standards! <3

MY BABYYYYYY ♡♡♡♡ Look at those eyes! So gorgeously dangerous! Her markings look great and so do her fangs c: I love the grayscale so much c: The whiskers and ear fur are always tough for me so I never draw them and you did them so perfectly ♡♡ also, you used meh writing style for her ♡♡ (well Cryingwolf's bloodline in general) which is amazing! I love hiw the blue and red pop against the rest of it! The whole drawing is just stunning. Not to mention she is floofy ♡♡ The queen of floof xD Thank you so much ♡♡ I love it

That's awfully nice of you to say! I thought the grey tone would bring color to the piece since I knew I was just going to be coloring in the eyes and mute the rest of the colors!

Gee...thanks XD that means a lot! -- And yes, the markings were fun to do! Easier for I used charcoal on them, and so it was all in the blending! I tried to match it to Mocking's drawing of Desolate and add my own spin to it

Jeez, grey toned paper is a skill and boy do you have it. This is a gorgeous piece!
There isn't any one of this piece which I could single out for praise; the entire thing is exquisite! The whiskers are so beautifully whiskery, and the marking on the forehead is eye-catching. If I absolutely had to choose a favourite part, that marking would likely be it. Something about it is quite striking.

Yes! I'm glad you like the color scheme! I actually had to use multiple colors to get the right shades and that look of depth XD I based the scheme on the eyes to bring them out X3

Thank you! X3 I had to use a few different real life photos to get the eyes as detailed -- seeing as Desolate's eyes were so vivid and bright, I thought I'd make them the center of attention XD
