Being in the forest, and having the freedom to do nearly everything I wanted, but having the family that I always dreamed of.. In this moment right now Mameluke, I feel at peace, as if I were to pass on at this very moment, I wouldn't mind. " She closed her eyes, feeling the crisp spring breeze flow through her pelt. " I use to be, what is it.. A kittypet? I think that is what you call it... It hard to even think that I was the one before to declare that this move to the forest was.. silly. But in reality, I only said that for the fear that my brother would change and.. leave me. " Looking towards Mameluke, Rosenettle purred as she laid her head against his shoulder. " I want to stargaze more with you.. because in honesty my dear, I want to give this a shot. Not having to worry about others, but find my own happiness.. I want to find happiness with you." Mameluke resisted the will to pass out. His heart was pounding so hard, he could feel it in his temples and ears. He looked down at Rosenettle and grinned softly. "And you know what?" he said. "I want that, too. I want to spend forever with you, just staring at the stars; just the two of us existing together." He rest his cheek on her head. "... You're a beautiful soul, Rosenettle." he hummed before gently kissing the top of her head. He cuddled against her. "Well, I soppise we start the forever part, don't we?" he mewed. "I know lovers spend forever together, especially when they commit to mateship..." Rosenettle looked towards him in how he said the bold word to what she thought of. " M-Mateship.. Yeah.. It sounds like such as big, bold word for the soft and cuddliy feelings I have.. " Her tail flinched as she thought of the bigger picture, nervous at what to do. " w-when... When did we want to have kits? I mean.. I l-love you.. but I'm scared that maybe this is a little fast.." He laid his ears back. "We don't have to move fast." he said softly.
