I just want the smudge tool on flash *twitch, twitch* that would make my life sooooo much easier!
that's all that matters! I like using photoshop becuase you can just explore the program and mess around with your picture X)
heh...heh...heh....In my defense flash doesn't have a smudge tool! I went overboard with effects on this but whatever...it was fun to make! XD
