Happy *early* New Years! This was my gift for Chaos, and her characters Tweakleap and Marshsong. I love these two! They're absolutely adorable siblings! Btw, I made my own snowflake brush just for this picture. :D Just wanna say, also: The sahding on the eyes took SO MUCH EXPERIMENTING! I couldn't decide what I wanted, and finally after blending colours, I got the shade I wanted. XD Hope you like it!

The contrast between the focus provided by the snowflake frame (snowframe? frameflakes?) and the feeling of expanse provided by the blank hills stretching into the background has an interesting effect, and I like it quite a lot!
What a stunning piece, it looks so warm despite the decidedly chilly color palette.
