His biggest problem was that members kept coming and going and his story go distorted...

Yeah, but he had his eyes on Bone Clan and Bone Clan alone. He just wanted to die fat and lazy. Hawk and Silver were going out for ruling as much as they could and slaughtering all who stood in their way.

True but his intentions were still bad and that's all that matters really.
He did help the clan. I would place Hawn and Silver as the most evil cats, Sharkstar was just sort of...an idiot. He wasn't smart enough to get anything done and was killed by HAwk before he really did anything major.
