The cream deputy's green eyes narrowed as they reached the border, stopping short as she spotted Thundersong by Eclipsestar's body. | |

The ruffled, blood flecked she cat placed her paws on Eclipsestar's neck wound to make it look as if she was trying to staunch the flow of blood. Thundersong slipped a look of panic and fear over her face as she waited for Mistypaw and Hollowbreeze. | |

Member Posts: 3643 | Hollowbreeze darted over to Thundersong, her face cold and expressionless,"What happened?" She demanded, her eyes searching the Warriors face./\/\/\ Mistypaw gasped as she noticed that her leader wasn't breathing, maybe if she'd run faster, she could've prevented this. | |

Member Posts: 1632 | Thundersong slowly looked at Hollowbreeze, her face looked traumatised and hopeless, striken with fear. Suddenly her gaze seemed to focus a little, but she still seemed far away as if she were in shock. "I tried Hollowbreeze...the dog.." she whispered horsely, "I had to take an eye out of it's head to get it off her..." tears welled up in her eyes and her shoulders slumped. "I tried to stop the bleeding, I couldn't move her like that. All of her lives at once..." the thick furred she cat shivered, "How could Starclan let this happen? We only just formed Eclipseclan a short time ago!" | |

The cream she-cat lifted the larger body of her leader onto her back and turned, starting the trek through he city, back towards camp(EcC Camp) | |

Member Posts: 1632 | Sandrunner nodded at the two and set a scent marker before padding on. A movement caught his eye as he followed the border and he turned his head twords the movement on the other side. A black bengal she cat was stalking a rather fat pigeon who pecked at some frozen earth oblivious to the feline creeping up on it. Sandrunner paused to make dure she wouldn't cross the border in her one cat hunting patrol. // Snakepaw crept forward silent as a shadow, her white blue eyes flickering as she quickened her pace before leaping on the bird. Snakepaw quickly made her kill, sitting back to lick her long black claws with obvious pride. She picked up the bird after a moment and began to treck home. // Sandrunner turned back to the task at hand satisfied the apprentice wouldn't be crossing the border this day. // Snakepaw turned slowly as dhe caught the Sunclan scent. She watched the cats patrol the norder and wondered breifly what it would be like to live in Sunclan. It'd probably be a lot less lonely. She decided with a melancholy look about her features. | |

So there are suspicions, Windelk thought, letting the conversation's tones slip out of the air and into her mind. They're a pious and arrogant clan, but murderers? What could drive them to that? A bad leader. And sometimes odd is bad.
I'll have to pay more attention at the next gathering. See what I've been missing. Windelk returned her attention to the group, and to the border at which they had now arrived. The intimidating, formidable structures which formed the jungle of the city loomed over them, as the stench of its monsters and two legs seeped through the air and into her resistant nostrils. The scent was assaulting and insulting. Disgusting. | |

Midnightpaw watched the apprentice, his tail flicking slightly and his eyes narrowing, before she wandered off. He sniffed around himself for any signs of cats crossing the borders, his ears swiveling back and forth. | |

Member Posts: 1632 | Sandrunner continued on flicking his tail to indicate they set scent markers. "All is seemingly quiet here, thank Starclan. One less thing we have to worry about today." He commented with a crooked smile in the other two cats direction. He opened his jaws once more to check the air for scents. "Odd." He rumbled, "Eclipseclan hasn't marked their border in quiet some time. The scent is very faint." He remarked. | |

"I suppose they're still figuring out what it means to be a clan." Windelk glanced back over the hills which hid the rest of SunClan's territory. A speckling of snow had appeared in the air - few enough flakes that it all might be forgotten soon. But even if this snowfall doesn't hurt us, one of them will, soon. One less thing to worry about, and one more to replace it. | |

"After you then, Midnightpaw," Windelk offered. She smiled at the apprentice, briefly, and gave one last glance towards the city - grey pillars against grey skies. Even the city, which was the place most absent of life, seemed more dead with winter. | |

((Sounds good!)) Windelk kept two eyes on the horizon and a third in her thoughts as the group meandered back to camp. The grey skies overhead were light or dark, but ever present. A flake of snow landed on the she-cat's flank, and melted near-instantly. She did not notice. ((SunClan Camp)) | |
