Speckledstream padded closer to the border, deep in thought. She stoped a few feet from it, still staying a few feet inside the Dawnclan side... or was it Earthclan now. She sat down, watching the trees move in the slight breeze. | |

Flameheart looked towards the border and nodded. Then, he spotted a grey shecat sitting by the border. 'Oh no. ' he thought// Speckledstream jolted up in surprise. "Flameheart!" She said, overjoyed to see her brother. // "Speckledstream." Flameheart said, casting a nervous glance at Owlpaw.// Speckledstream couldn't stop herself. She jumped over the border, and bounded over to her brother.// Flameheart was momentarily taken aback. He backed away from her embrace, ignoring the hurt in her eyes. | |

Member Posts: 2098 | Owlpaw had originally crouched down defensively when the she cat had shown herself, but now he wasn't sure what exactly was going on. He looked to Flameheart for some sort of direction as to what was going on. Did Flameheart have a mate in another clan? Owlpaw nervously stood and took a little step back, not wanting to get another clans scent on him. | |

"It's good to see you." Speckledstream said at last. "How have you been?" // "oh, good I suppose." Flameheart said uneasily. "you?" // Speckledstream paused before answering. Should she tell him? She finally decided to confide in her brother about all that was going on. "Well Creekstar never came back from getting her nine lives, but we found out she had planned to ask Nightclan to merge with Dawnclan, and so we did but at first Boundstar was hesitant. Then he decided it was a good idea, and now our clans are merging to form Earthclan! But they want to get the burnt woods back from Sunclan, so they are going to kidnap their medicine cat! And now I don't know what to do!" // Flameheart stared at his sister in shock. | |

Flameheart didn't quite know what to say. There was another long pause before he said finally, "well I don't see that there's much you can do. You... you should go home." // Speckledstream felt like the world was tilting beneath her. "What?" // "I want to help you, but I'm loyal to Moonclan. And you should be loyal to your clan. So go home. It'll sort itself out. But you can't stay here. You... you need to leave before I'm forced to make you." // Speckledstream let out a small gasp. "I.. I thought I could trust you." She said. "Well I see now that Silverstorm was right! Moonclaners are arrogant and selfish." She spat before turning and bolting back towards her territory. // Flameheart didn't stop her. "Come on." He said to Owlpaw. "Lets go home." | |

Member Posts: 2098 | Owlpaw said nothing still. The usually outgoing apprentice was feeling rather uncomfortable and unsure of himself or what to do or say. When he raised his head from looking at his paws, he took one glance at Flamehearts sister just as she disappeared from sight. Then, he padded after Flameheart quietly. He wasn't sure what he should say, but he felt they should talk about it. He had questions, a lot of them actually, but still he couldn't find his voice to say them. | |

Flameheart sighed as he padded towards the camp. He knew his sister was his family, but he was loyal to Moonclan now. He walked on in silence. (MC Camp) | |

Sunclan licking their wounds, Earthclan owning the burnt trees, now, moonclan braced for battle. The sandy warrior thought over these things, her mind lost in thought. | |

Member Posts: 1567 | Windlily picked up an unfamiliar scent. The scent of dawnclan. It had been a bit since she smelt it without the mingled nightclan scent as well. She followed the scent until she came to the injured tom. Her fur bristled as she padded towards him. Her claws unsheathed and her tail lashed back and forth, until she saw he was injured. Her amber eyes softened but remained weary of the tom. | |

Member Posts: 1567 | (I go to work in an hour, ill be spotty til 8pm AKST) Windlily flicked her tail, "well, then give me you're best shot. As far as I can see, I will easily beat you. Then I can drag you back to my camp and hold you as a prisoner until you agree not to step on our lands again. Or, I can get you help, then send you out of here." She replied calmly her fur relaxed as she sat nearby. Her long legs flexed slightly as she settled. Her amber eyes looked at him with a cool calmness. "I'm not one to attack injured cats unless they strike first. Even though you stink of Dawnclan, I'd rather fight you at full strength." | |
