The Plot

Hey guys! You may have noticed, but we don’t really have anything planned for the plot. I do want you guys to have a voice in it, rather than myself and a few others making all the decisions for everyone regarding the plot. So, here is a little thread where we can discuss where we want the plot to go.
That being said, I should probably make a list of things that have next to no chance of being accepted as part of the plot:
• Plots centered on only one character or a very small group. It’s just unfair for everyone else. Mind you, some characters will be more important than others by default (ex. Leaders are in charge and have the biggest role in everything, some characters just make themselves more important by their personality, etc.) but the entire plot shouldn’t hinge on one apprentice doing everything while everyone else sits back. Our recent little mess with the MC apprentices is a good example of how everyone can be involved in something started by a few characters, though.
• Prophecies. Honestly, they just restrict the plot and complicate things. They’re hard to work with without a very rigid plan, which we don’t want.
• Lots in intervention from Star Clan. I honestly think that we shouldn’t have Star Clan involved at all in the living cats, it’s hard to draw the line and we really should be focused on the “Here and now” now whatever long dead characters that really should have been forgotten by now. It would be too easy to slip into Star Clan coming and saving the clans any time something went wrong, which would get boring really fast.
Personally, I’d think it would be really interesting if Dawn Clan decided to join Night Clan. Night Clan can’t have everyone against them for much longer, it will become a bit silly if they keep winning outnumbered 4:1. This will take a while to set up, but if it’s done right I think it could be an interesting turn for the story to take. Maybe Hawkfeather could see something in Night Clan that would make him want to join them? Or Emberstar and he could start fighting? What do you guys think? Or do you have a different direction you think the plot should go?

~Cats from all four clans begin to become an alliance (not all of the cats in the clans, mind you). These cats learn how to "dream whisper" which is how cats can half manipulate what kind of dreams another cat will have. (Example: Nightpaw was whispering to Ghost's dreams at one time to give him nightmares about being killed by Phantom).

Night Clan leaders and Dawn Clan leaders, do you think my idea would work? Or would it be too out of character for them? Not saying we will do it, just wondering if it could be a real possibility.
Moon Clan: 42
Night Clan: 41
Dawn Clan: 47
Sun Clan: 30
So Sun Clan and Moon Clan would have 72 and Night Clan and Dawn Clan would have 88. It's still a bit unfair, but DC and NC have way more kits than the other clans.
~An epidemic like a creepy version of rabies could spread from a dead coyote that was shot by a two-legs. And it could spread to any/all of the clans.
~An invasion of foxes/coyotes/dogs could happen on Dawn Clan and/or Sun Clan by Night Clan, wanting more power. (Unless, of course, it sounds too much like the whole Tigerclaw vs. Bluestar thing)
~A fire could break out in one of the clans, forcing them to move for a brief period. (but that was just an idea, it's not really that good of an idea either.)
