It’s been a very big month on the site! Lots of new members were welcomed in, a new rule regarding original characters was made, and lots of shifts in leadership occurred. While out in the territory, Wildstar was attacked by a NightClan patrol and was dragged back to NightClan’s camp as a hostage. A few days later, gathering was held in which Frozenstar offered to return him to MoonClan at the cost of the burnt woods and the territory north of it. Toxicflame, leading the clan in Wildstar’s absence, refused this offer. Frozenstar, not wanting to appear weak, killed Wildstar, and a battle broke out between NightClan and MoonClan. DawnClan backed up NightClan and SunClan, not wanting to get involved in the conflict, fled the scene.

Quick reminder about the art pages: If you use someone’s line art, doll maker, etc. you must cite what you did use. Posting comments about having used one of these but not saying what is not sufficient, even if you say you have lost it. Art should not be posted without citing whose work you used, wait to upload your art until you have found your source if you have lost it.  As well as this, simply saying "google", "DeviantArt", or "DollDivine" is not specific enough, as it does not allow one to easily find the creator.  I will be going through the albums and deleting any art that does not comply with this rule.

There’s been a lot of discussion about where we should take the plot in the plot planning entry and I suggest that all of you check that out if you haven’t been contributing already. Angel suggested that we begin to hold medicine cat meetings and gatherings on a regular schedule. In the books, medicine cats visit the Moonstone each half-moon to seek guidance from StarClan. As we limit interactions with StarClan on this roleplay, these meetings would be limited to discussing news and other business, but could provide a place where clans can negotiate things without any worry of fights breaking out. Gatherings have had a schedule in the past, but they fell apart after a few months simply because there was limited support for them, everything else had to be put on hold for the gathering and they were a bit of a headache to support. However, we can try again with scheduled gatherings if you guys would like to have them. All would have to begin on Friday afternoon with everyone traveling to the Moonstone or gathering clearing, and would be scheduled to end by Sunday evening. Here are a few options for what we can do, please post your preference in the comments:

1. Current system: Gatherings and medicine cat meetings held only as is needed for the plot.
2. Both held once a month, with gatherings on the second weekend of the month and medicine cat meetings on the third weekend of every month.
3. Both held on alternating months on the second weekend of the month.
4. Gatherings held every other month on the second weekend of the month, medicine cat meetings held every month on the third weekend of the month.
