Plot Planning

So, where do you guys think we should be taking the plot?

In the last blog entry, we were talking over a few ideas about Wildstar getting captured. A patrol of MoonClan apprentices or young warriors could accidentally or on purpose stray into NightClan’s territory, Wildstar and possibly some older warriors could go after them to bring them back to MoonClan’s territory before NightClan discovers what they have done. They are attacked by a NightClan patrol, and Wildstar is taken captive by those warriors. It would be best if more violent, impulsive warriors were on this patrol as more cautious warriors wouldn’t be risking starting a bigger fight by doing this. Raven & Co. suggested that they demand the territory they lost in the last battle in return for giving Wildstar back. This could be a way for them to potentially back down without starting a larger conflict over it, while not looking like cowards. However, MoonClan might be too proud to do this and insist that Wildstar be given back with nothing given in return, since they will believe that NightClan is in the wrong.

Thoughts?

DawnClan could easily get pulled into this conflict due to their ties with MoonClan, but as things are right now between the change of leadership and the fact that they don’t have anything on the line if they stay out of it, SunClan doesn’t have much reason to be involved.

I like the idea of the one apprentice disagreeing and running back to tell the others :)

Just another random idea of mine: maybe some former Moonclanners could help him? Or maybe some Nightclanners have a change of heart and try to help him?

It would be best if he stayed with NightClan for a while before all of MoonClan attacked to get him out, we haven't had a good battle in a while and I know a lot of people enjoy them.

Alright, so...a question. Will Frozenstr be doing anything to Wildstar? Like interrogation *highly unlikely given what's been said* , or something.

Yeah, I like the thought of the apprentice disagreeing.

That's up to Ripple, it shouldn't matter plot-wise what she does. However, I don' think that Frozenstar will have much reason to, the clans don't have much to hide from each other and knowing the situation, she won't have very much reason to suspect that MoonClan was actually going after their territory.

Ok. Anyways, I do like the idea of that apprentice disagreeing, and running back to tell.

Are you guys up for having Wildstar captured this weekend? It won't take too many people to make that happen.

I was thinking, and with approval from Angel, that Crimsonblood could perhaps kill Wildstar for good while he's in prison.

Sounds fine by me, that would start a lot of conflict between the clans. Maybe we could have a gathering right after that?

That idea sounds interesting. And maybe at the Gathering one cat attacks which starts a battle? Although that's happaned before though. If it's a MoonClan cat, they might want to attack for revenge?

Allright.(I've never seen a gathering here since I've been here XD) Also, does the patrol that captures Wildstar have to be all warriors?

It doesn't have to be all warriors, but it should be mainly warriors and decently sized.

So would one or two apprentices be fine? (The people on this website sure know how to make a plot! ^^)

That should be fine. We'll see who joins when it happens. It can happen whenever Sunken gets online and is able to. :)

That sounds cool, but how about DawnClan tries to solve it peacefully, and get further pulled into the argument since MoonClan and NIghtClan continue arguing, and becomes a three way argument. DawnClan wants them to solve this problem peacefully, MoonClan agrees with this, but NightClan wants more territory for it. NightClan could want one of the best places of hunting, which happens to be on MoonClan's territory, but it was always argued over at first.

That could come up in the gathering. NightClan and DawnClan could demand the burnt woods in return for Wildstar being given back to MoonClan. MoonClan would refuse that, tensions would be running so high at that point that against DawnClan's protests, a fight could break out between some MoonClan and NightClan warriors. SunClan would immediately leave, they have no reason to be brought into the conflict at the moment, and DawnClan and NightClan could quickly put down MoonClan's fighting. They'd return to NightClan, where Crimsonblood (or Frozenstar, or one of the others warriors) could kill Wildstar. That would definitely get a lot of hatred brewing, so it would be easy to set up later conflicts.
